"I Think I Love You" (Creo que te amo) es una canción de Tony Romeo, escrita como el sencillo debut de la familia de televisión musical ficticia The Partridge Family, lanzada en agosto de 1970, un mes antes del debut de la comedia musical de ABC-TV The Partridge Family protagonizada por Shirley Jones y con David Cassidy, quienes aparecen en el disco, con Cassidy como vocalista principal. El sencillo encabezó el Hot 100 de Billboard durante tres semanas en noviembre y diciembre de 1970 y luego fue certificado por NARM como el sencillo más vendido de 1970.

En 1991, la banda de rock alternativo Voice of the Beehive grabó "I Think I Love You" para el segundo álbum de estudio del grupo, Honey Lingers. Fue lanzado como el segundo sencillo de su álbum en London Records y fue producido por Don Was. Su versión de la canción alcanzó el número 25 en la lista de singles del Reino Unido en octubre de 1991. El sencillo también alcanzó el número 12 en la lista de singles de Australia en marzo de 1992.
